The series has also produced a series of chapter books with original stories, initially published by Random House before switching to Scholastic. It's wasn't immediately clear if the supposedly offending Nickelodeon episodes ever aired in Kenya. Morag, gleeful that she has successfully exiled the Louds, proceeds to burn Aggie's journal in the fireplace to remove any evidence of her wrongdoings. These three books were reprinted by Scholastic in June 2020, who published a fourth chapter book, The Ultimate Party, on October 6, 2020. The Loud House is currently the fourth-longest running Nicktoon in terms of episode count, behind The Fairly OddParents, the original Rugrats, and SpongeBob SquarePants. On March 6, 2022, Nika Futterman (the voice of Luna) stated on her Instagram account that production had begun on the seventh season. That season was eventually officially greenlit by Nick on March 24, 2022.
